This kit is designed to work with 24V battery banks when choosing a 30A MPPT controller, and it is non-expandable. If you require 800W for your 12V battery or wish for expansion in the future, opt for a 60A controller.
We have designed this kit to be connected in series. If for any reason you prefer to connect in parallel with Y connectors, let us know and we’ll provide them for free.
Voltanic panels can be installed on homes, tinyhomes, motorhomes, campervans, boats, remote homes, summer houses, workshops, static caravans, stables and any outside building that you can think of. You can mount them on your roof or on the ground.
•70-80% Output – Clear sky midday sun but with the panel laid flat.
•50-65% Output – Thin cloud, or intermittent small clouds.
•10-20% Output – Overcast sky or rainy conditions.
If you choose our 60A MPPT, this kit will work with 12v battery system.

Solar panels rarely achieve their rated wattage in real-world conditions. Optimal performance requires 25°C temperature, peak sunlight, no obstructions, and perfect panel angle – conditions met simultaneously. Environmental factors typically reduce output. For practical estimates, 75% of rated wattage per peak sun hour is generally reasonable in most climates.
