HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Most orders to mainland UK arrive within 1–2 working days. Delivery is free on orders over £49; orders under £49 are £5.95. Please note that bank holidays are not counted as working days.
Orders are usually dispatched the same or next working day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Solar panels and kits are delivered by DX, smaller items by Royal Mail Tracked 24, and batteries by Parcelforce.
Orders containing solar panels rated 400W or above will be dispatched separately via a third-party courier on a pallet.
Please note: If your order contains both solar panels and smaller items, these may arrive in separate parcels, sometimes on the same day, sometimes the next. This is completely normal, so don’t worry if part of your order arrives first.
Once your order is in transit, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if you have any issues with your order, please email us at support@voltanic.solar and we’ll look into it for you.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email directly from the courier containing your tracking information. You can use this to follow your delivery right through to your door.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE MAINLAND UK
Deliveries to Northern Ireland are available for nearly all locations. However, in rare cases where we are unable to ship through our usual couriers, we may need to cancel the order, we will always contact you if this happens.
Deliveries to the following areas take 2–4 working days. For orders containing solar panels, kits or batteries, a delivery charge applies:
- Isle of Wight: £15
- Aberdeen & Aberdeenshire: £20
- Scottish Highlands & islands, Northern Ireland and the Isles of Scilly: £25
Smaller items are delivered at no extra charge. The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay. If you have any questions about delivery to your area, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately we do not currently ship outside of the United Kingdom.
