SHIPPING
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
ll orders will be delivered within 4 business days, with free shipping on orders over £50. For orders under £50, a shipping charge will apply. Please note that bank holidays are not counted as business days.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders the next day, though it can occasionally take up to 2 days. If you’ve paid for express shipping, your order will be dispatched the following day as a priority.
We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for most orders. Depending on the size of your parcel, you may also receive delivery via Evri or DPD.
Orders containing solar panels rated 400W or above will be dispatched separately via a third-party courier on a pallet.
Please note: If your order contains both solar panels and smaller items, these may arrive in separate parcels, sometimes on the same day, sometimes the next. This is completely normal, so don’t worry if part of your order arrives first.
Once your order is in transit, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if you have any issues with your order, please email us at support@voltanic.solar and we’ll look into it for you.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email directly from the courier containing your tracking information. You can use this to follow your delivery right through to your door.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE MAINLAND UK
Deliveries to Northern Ireland are available for nearly all locations. However, in rare cases where we are unable to ship through our usual couriers, we may need to cancel the order, we will always contact you if this happens.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, The Highlands, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, as well as remote areas in Scotland, Wales, and certain parts of England, can take longer than 4 days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the specific location. If you have any concerns or need further information about delivery times to your area, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UK?
Unfortunately we do not currently ship outside of the United Kingdom.
