Returns & Refunds
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However if for any reason you are not happy, you have within 14 days from the date of purchase to issue a return request. Once requested, simply return your items to us and receive a full refund or exchange. Please see below for further information about our return policy.
- 1. All return requests must be within fourteen days of your purchase date.
- 2. You have 14 days from the date of notification to return your items.
- 3. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
- 4. You are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item is being returned as defective or damaged.
- 5. There will be no restocking fee.
- 6. If items are used, we may still be able to accept your return however a reduced amount will be offered. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire.
How to Return?
Damaged or defective itemsPlease let us know of the damage by emailing us at email@example.com. Once our team have been notified, they will email you a return label which will need to be placed onto the item. We will arrange a pick up on a date of your choosing.
Item not wanted or change of mindPlease let us know you would like to return the item by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Send your items in their original packaging to the address given in the email. We recommend to use a trackable mail service as we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item is being returned as defective or damaged.
- 1. After we have received your item, we will inspect and process your return or exchange. Providing there are no damages, a full refund will be issued.
- 2. Please allow up to 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange
- 3. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
- 4. Refunds will be processed the next working day after the return has been accepted.
