This mode will charge your leisure battery from both power sources—whether at the same time or choosing one—the solar panels and the engine. It works with both smart alternators and regular ones.

Charge your starter battery from both solar panels and your leisure battery when the sun is bright and the starter battery voltage drops below the set level.

With the same energy sources—your alternator (engine) and solar panels—you can choose to charge two batteries: your main leisure battery and a second one for emergencies or backup.
