HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
All orders will be delivered within 4 business days, with free shipping on orders over £50. For orders under £50, a shipping charge will apply. All orders are processed and dispatched the next day, except for orders with 400W panels, inverters, or small items, which qualify for same-day dispatch if the order is placed before 1 PM, and will be sent via an express service.
Kits containing 120W, 160W, or 200W solar panels will always be dispatched the next day via next-day delivery service. You will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel is in transit.
When the tracking become available and your parcel/s is in transit, you will receive a tracking number via email. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery times, please contact us.

LITHIUM BATTERIES DELIVERY
Lithium Batteries are delivered by a special courier with safety measures. This delivery can take longer. Please email us if you need your order by a certain date or if it’s taking too long. This service is not trackable, we’ll give you the estimated delivery date.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
