For Voltanic Kits, you should connect your solar panels in series if you are using an MPPT controller. If you are using a PWM controller then you must connect the panels in parallel using a Y connector.

If this happens to you, don’t worry. Simply email us as soon as possible and we will try our best to rectify the issue as soon as possible. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it and you will be responsible for costs associated with returning the items to us.  

Yes but if the item has been already processed you will need to return it to us.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However if for any reason you are not happy, you have within 14 days from the date of purchase to issue a return request. Once requested, simply return your items to us and receive a full refund or exchange. Please see our refunds and return policy for more detail.

All Voltanic Panels come with 12 year material and craftmanship warranty as well as an industry leading 30 year output power guarantee. This means that we guarantee that the panel will produce 80% of it’s power rating after 30 years. If not, we’ll give you a new one. You can read the terms here.
